Licence renewals

Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-79 dated 12 May 1995 and Decision CRTC 95-669 dated 30 August 1995, the Commission renews the licences for the radiocommunication distribution undertakings CBKAT Uranium City, CBKAT-2 Fond du Lac and CBKAT-3 Stoney Rapids/Black Lake, from 1 December 1995 to 31 August 2002, subject to the conditions in effect under the current licences, as well as to those conditions specified in the licences to be issued.

These undertakings are owned and operated by the CBC and distribute the programs of the CBC Northern Television Service.
