Lake Windermere District Broadcasting Society

Revocation
Lake Windermere District Broadcasting Society has requested the revocation of its licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking authorized to distribute the programs of the Open Learning Agency (Knowledge Network) to Invermere and Wilmer Windermere.
The licensee has advised the Commission that the undertaking is no longer in operation.
In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to Lake Windermere District Broadcasting Society for the above-mentioned undertaking.
