2003-17 - The Commission approves an application by Mornington Communications Co-operative Limited, dated 21 November 2002, in order to increase the monthly rates of Notification and Transfer; introduce Voice Mail/Call Answer services and introduce a promotion for the same services; and eliminate some Voice Mail/Call Answer services. 2003-18 - The Commission approves an application by Mornington Communications Co-operative Limited, dated 21 November 2002, in order to increase the monthly rates for residential and business custom calling and call management features; introduce two Call Management services; introduce pay-per-activation alternatives for Automatic Call Back, Automatic Recall, Three Way Calling Residential and Three Way Calling Business; introduce a promotion for a combination of any three Custom Calling Features (with the exception of 30 Code Speed Calling); and grandfather Calling Name and Calling Number as stand-alone services, and require new users who desire the service to subscribe to Calling Name and Number. 2003-30 - The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications Inc. dated 11 December 2002, to add an optical central office link arrangement for use by a registered non-dominant Canadian carrier in the company's operating territory of Alberta and British Columbia. 2003-31 - The Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 13 December 2002, to revise NewTel Communications Inc.'s (NewTel) Non-Basic Services Tariff in order to remove Section A 1) Telephone Directories; and 2) Public Facsimile Service, as part of NewTel's migration to the Aliant Telecom General Tariff. 2003-32 - The Commission approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 13 December 2002, to revise the OC-3 digital facilities in order to revise the monthly rate, as it was inadvertently shown incorrectly. 2003-34 - The Commission approves an application by MTS Communications Inc. dated 12 December 2002, to revise the Voice Processing Service in order to introduce a new service option for MessageManager. Reference: TN 493. Eff. Date = 31.01.03

2003-35 - The Commission approves an application by Northern Telephone Limited Partnership, dated 29 November 2002, to revise sections N210, Centrex, and N240, Centrex II Service, in order to: finalize the conversion of the Message Relay Service (MRS) rate of $0.13 into the basic rates for other services requiring MRS functionality; finalize the conversion of the Equivalent Service (ES) rate of $2.65 into other eligible business rates for those customers who desire ES; and eliminate some contract rates for Large Organizational Centrex customers as there are no customers for these services. 2003-40 - The Commission approves an application by Prince Rupert City Telephones (CityTel), dated 4 November 2002, to revise its Local Directory Assistance in order to introduce a service charge of $0.95 per request for a local telephone number provided by CityTel directory assistance. 2003-79 - The Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. The Commission directs Aliant Telecom to replace the proposed 9-1-1 rate of $0.1575 per wireless service provider (WSP) working telephone number with the rate of $0.1550 per WSP working telephone number. 2003-518 - The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc.
