2007-72 - Pelmorex Communications Inc., across Canada. APPROVED IN PART – The Commission approves Pelmorex's proposal for an emergency alert service. However, its proposal for mandatory carriage of the service by broadcasting distribution undertakings is denied.

2007-73 - Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, across Canada. The Commission fully endorses the CBC's proposal to establish an emergency alert service.

2007-74 - Bell ExpressVu Inc. (the general partner) and BCE Inc. and 4119649 Canada Inc. (partners in BCE Holdings G.P., a general partnership that is the limited partner), carrying on business as Bell ExpressVu Limited Partnership, across Canada. The Commission fully endorses the applicant's proposal for an emergency alert service. However, its application for a condition of licence is denied because it would have the same effect as amendments to the regulations proposed by the Commission.
