Data Collection – Annual return of broadcasting distribution licensees

| Processes | Due dates | Significant changes | Forms |
This survey is to be completed by all non-exempt Broadcasting Distribution Undertakings (BDU) in Canada.
For the collection of data for the period ended 31 August, certain entities have been asked to submit their data on-line using the Commission's web-based Data Collection System (DCS). Such entities have been contacted directly and have not been sent a paper-based survey form. As in other years, all other entities are required to complete the paper-based survey forms.

Authority
BDU information filed using DCS is submitted under the authority of both the Broadcasting Information Regulations, 1993 and the Statistics Act. Full details of these administrative changes can be found in Broadcasting Circular CRTC 2007-7.
