Dans la décision de télécom 2002-68 the Commission directed CISC to study the issue of access by CLECs to the ILECs OSS and report back within six months. The Operational Support Systems Working Group (OSWG) has been established as an Ad Hoc committee to address this issue. The task is to identify the various ILEC OSS functions to which CLECs would benefit by having access, examine how to implement the electronic access to those OSS and report back to the Commission by 1 May 2003.
