Description Pursuant to section 62 of the Telecommunications Act, the Guidelines for review and vary applications, Telecom Public Notice CRTC 98-6, 20 March 1998, and Part VII of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure, the Ontario Telecommunications Association (“the OTA”) hereby submits this application requesting that the Commission review and vary Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2009-379 as it pertains to the competitor presence test established by the Commission in that decision.
