Description: As a result of the Commission adopting a new basket structure and pricing constraints for the second price cap period in Decision 2002-34, the Company advises the Commission of its withdrawal of TCI TNs 33, 43, 46 and 52, and former TCI TN 491 since these applications proposed rate changes that are inconsistent with the Decision 2002-34 determinations.
