Description: In accordance with the procedures set out in paragraph 295 0f Telecom Decision CRTC 97-8 (“Decision 97-8”) as well as in Appendix 1 of Telecom Decision CRTC 2012-396 (“Decision 2012-396”) NRTC is confirming that it has met all the obligations to offer local services as a CLEC Type 1 in the following Bell exchange in the Province of Ontario.
