Description: On 25 November 2009, the Commission recognized Navigata as having met the Pre-Entry CLEC requirements and obligations and placed Navigata on the Proposed CLEC list so that it could make further arrangements to allow it to provide local services. Navigata intends to provide local service in the Vancouver exchange which is located in the Greater Vancouver LIR. A serving area map is provided as Attachment 1.
